I think the biggest hurdle is our psyche. Try not to over think things or be hard on yourself. Week six is a big turning point and half of it is psychological. Remember how far you've come to get to this point! Have you tried changing your route? I found that helped me out. Good luck with your next run and let us know how it goes! 😊

Slow right down.... then just run... very steadily... look around, make up a rhyme.... run to the next tree, or the next lamppost, make up a silly counting song.

Squish the gremlins as you run... imagine that 20 minute wall before you and smash right through it... Take us with you and we will help knock it down.

You can do this :)

I've just completed this run and as I commented elsewhere it was the worst run ever. It didn't flow and I just couldn't find my groove. I definitely slow a couple of times to prevent me stopping. The tree/ lamppost trick keeps me going to the end. Just before 20 minutes find a point in the distance and make that your point. You can do it.
