On week 7 and am amazed that I have got this far but am so fed up with sore calves! As soon as I start running they hurt - don't get any worse but hurt until the end. Starting to take the joy of running away! Yes, I use the lovely roller, stretch etc and have just soaked in an Epsom salt bath- please somebody tell me it will get better!

Use the roller more. Before and after each run and on rest days. Also heel dips every day. 3 x 5 slow dips (15 total) 3 times a day. Good luck.
