Well I intended to start my c25k journey last week and then just didn't make the time for it and so I never got started. In the meantime, I saw an advert for a beginners c25k running group near me and so I have signed up to start tonight! Then I can do 2 more runs using the podcast during the week. I think i will be more likely to continue with it in a group. Very nervous as completely unfit and must invest in some specialised trainers as I have very flat feet but here goes...! Has anyone else joined a group? Has it helped??
