I am on week 3, but ran (well jogged) a mile straight in my Orange Theory Fitness class! And I wasn't gasping for breath for a change. For those of you not familiar with Orange Theory, it is sort of like crossfit lite or crossfit for the older set. Lots of HIIT. For now, I can handle it about twice a week.
