I'm going to start week 6 today πβΊοΈπββοΈ
I'm over the moon I managed to get through my last run (the 20 min one) feel invincible now ππ just kidding.. I'm still super happy though, it's crazy to think 5 weeks ago I could manage 60 seconds and last Friday I did 20 mins..
Is anyone else feeling the same?

I'm in the same boat as you new here and did week 5 run 3 yesterday! I've been making a point to not look up what the runs are before I do them so I don't get scared/put off doing them and I almost dropped my phone when I set off and learned I'd be doing 20 mins nonstop haha. I found it very challenging mentally and physically tbh but I didn't stop so feeling proud of myself and motivated for week 6. I agree I definitely didn't think 5 weeks ago I'd have made this much progress.
Ha ha I'm the same as you, I don't look at what the run is until I'm about to do it.. i found the 20 mins difficult but remember hearing pushing through a tough run is much more rewarding, so I kept going. I've just completed the first run in week 7.. feeling good βΊοΈ
I almost stopped a couple of times in the last 2 minutes but kept thinking how I didn't want to tell my flatmates (who are very good runners) that I hadn't completed the session and that motivated me just enough to keep going. Quite looking forward to week 6 off the back of last week's success.
I think getting started is the hardest bit.. I remember the 60 seconds being really tough.. just take it one session at a time and follow what the podcast says.. and before you know it you'll be a pro βΊοΈ
