Well life πŸ»πŸ«πŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘§β€πŸ‘¦ has got in the way of my running of late and only managed one per week for the last few weeks but I'm still managing 6-7 k each run albeit very slowly, the breathing is fine it's the legs which give up first. So this is my kick up the bum post to get out more now!

One run a week is way better than no run at all. Just try to get out when you can. You don't have to run long distances all the time. A sneaky 3K will keep you ticking over and won't take up too much time.

I think I need to get in the mind set that 20 mins round the block is better than nothing. Still trying to do minimum 5k all the time. But think with a busy life 2 short and 1 long is probably more doable! Thank you

I'm doing 10k race for life in July so it's all about distance for the time being, don't care how long it takes as long as I finish without stopping 😊
