Hi. Today I found out that my ongoing knee pain has a name: PFPS patellofemor pain syndrome. I see from google it is quite common and called runners knee. If you have any advice about what has worked or not worked for you please share. Many thanks.

I got it last year before I started running! Went to see a physio, did a few months of exercises, seemed to sort it out.
