Have been struggling with energy levels recently, but trying to get back into regular running with a view to building up to parkrun in a few weeks time, so went out for a short 15 minute run today. Routine bloodtests a couple of weeks ago showed low iron and folate levels, so have been taking iron and folic acid tablets for 1 1/2 weeks now. At least it explains why I have been so tired recently!! Got to go back to the doctor in a week or so to try and sort out why!!
Lots of excuses to stop and walk/pause - including the bluebells pictured, but also lots of wildlife (when hearing a woodpecker, you just have to stop and work out which tree trunk he is pecking away at!). At the moment, I prefer the walk/run approach, but I'm sure I'll get back to non-stop running some time soon!
