I've just realised I'm one of those people, I didn't just pack my gear I went and found the gym and ran 5k before dinner...on holidays...because I WANTED to! 🏃🏼‍♀️😄

I know what you mean; I was away a few weeks ago and packed my running gear and in the back of my head gremlins were saying: What you packing them for you won't go out when you're away!

But I'm so glad i took them because out I went and did the program 😁

It feels so great for doing it and such an acheivement!

So many times in the past I've taken my gear and then ignored it and guiltily put it away when returning home! Definitely been a big change!
