Week 2 complete

(I just accidentally posted this in the smoking quit support forum so I am laughing at myself)!

I found this week to be quite challenging, I shuffle-jogged as slow as I could muster and had a tug on my inhaler a few times. I am so glad I completed it but I am concerned that week 3 might be a bit too difficult for me. I will give it a go and see!

Have a lovely long weekend!

Well done, trust the programme and take it slowly 😎

Great stuff! C25K is designed to build you as you go on, as long as you keep it slow & steady with determination you'll do it, and negative thoughts that pop up which are gremlins, ignore them and push on..😊
