Well what a totally different run to Tuesday!!!

It was just soooo good, felt tired at the end but felt really really good and felt like I had more left in the tank 😁

And a gorgeous day too πŸ‘Œβ˜€οΈπŸŒž

Brilliant πŸ‘ The good ones make up for the hard ones don't they?πŸ˜€ I've never ran on a treadmill but find I like the distractions of being outdoors, it takes my mind off how much my legs hurt 😊
