Hi everyone

Started c25k yesterday. I did start it last year and got to week 4/5 but then uni commitments and children got in the way. Anyway got some time off before the start of year 2 so fingers crossed 🀞🏽 this time.

Last year I was out in the parks but this time I've started in the gym. It was a bit of an impulse thing and really after so long off with no fitness I really didn't think I'd hack it outside.......yet!

Anyway my goals are to complete it this time and hopefully lose some weight at the same time.

I do love exercise and once I'm in it I give it my all but then when the pressures of uni and home life start exercise is bottom of the list but I do know the importance of it.

Anyway just wanted to say hi πŸ‘‹

Welcome! Well done for coming back to the programme. Sometimes life gets in the way but you're back to it which is great. The first 4/5 weeks are the hardest in my opinion so you already know you can manage them! Go slow, stretch, take your rest days and you'll be graduating before you know it!

This forum is the absolute best place on the internet, filled with incredible, inspirational people. Make sure you post to let us know how you're getting on and let the forum folk motivate, encourage a celebrate your successes with you. We'll be with you every step of the way! :)
