Well done, you are nearly there! It sounds as though it has been a long hard journey for you and I totally sympathise as I tore a calf muscle at week 8 of the programme the first time round and did not complete the programme until 6 months later! So frustrating, but like you, I returned to running and that graduation run felt SO special, as I am sure yours will.🙂 Just over a year on from graduation, I have gone from strength to strength and took part in the Great South Run (10 miles) a few weeks ago. So lots of luck and well done for sticking with it, running really is a change for life and injury will come to most at one point or another. I learned a lot about how to listen to my body following that injury and feel I am much wiser for it!🙂

Well done on your recovery that sounds like a painful injury. I'm hoping to finish on Sunday, see you on the finish line!
