Still can't quite believe that just over 9 weeks ago I struggled to walk a few mins without being out of breath and feeling like I was gonna die. What a difference this plan makes - I'm living proof. Don't get me wrong - it's been tough at times! Running on what was the hottest September day ever to running this evening on what felt like the coldest of the year and all sorts in between. So my running journey continues and just back from completing my 3rd successive 5k run - I'm feeling happy. Combined with healthy eating I'm also 17lb lighter and feeling happy with my progress with that too. So rest day tomorrow and then back out on Thursday evening - let's see what that brings.
Happy running lovely peeps xx

Well done dereham-girl . That's great news and you most certainly deserve to be very happy with how things have turned out. You deserve it coz you did it! Nobody else put you there...you put you there! Like you say, you really are living proof that the C25K plan works.
Well done dereham-girl, that's awesome and you really deserve to be chuffed; 3 x 5k is amazing; I've just graduated and only managed 4.2k so I take my hat off to you Well done on the weight loss too - I think I must be the only person on here who's put on weight doing C25K; must stop eating those Tesco mini-icecreams! Go you!
Wow! well done 😊17 lbs off is excellent news., once you start to run regularly, and your mileage gradually increases, you may well lose some more if you stick to your healthy eating plan. I lost another stone 😊
