Well, I'm shocked and pleased with myself this morning, 3 weeks ago I was really struggling breathing and getting through the 60 second runs!! I also never thought I'd cope with the 90 second runs last week let alone the 3 minute runs this week, but I completed them fine π Didn't struggle to much with breathing either π The distance I run is shorter at the mo as I've slowed my runs down as think I was going too fast lol but all in all, i did it ππ

You did right...take it slower and get there faster Plus... injury free too!
Distance comes later... just getting to Week nine and running the thirty minutes comfortably is the plan
