After struggling with shin pain for the last couple of weeks, i splashed out on an second hand treadmill. Despite saying I was not going to attempt running for a week and rest my shins I jumped on it last night. I completed w4 r3 with no pain whatsoever 😀 Maybe my old legs just don't like outside running

Well done! At least it gets you going. Who needs to go outside, eh? :)

This fellow treadmill runner (we're in a minority here!) salutes you. Happy running! :)

Well done, have been outside most of the summer and autumn but forsee a lot more treadmill during the winter, don;t do slippy leaves and ice too well.

I'm hoping to combine both outside and treadmill running depending on shins and weather. We're lucky enough to live next to a nature reserve with great views and paths to enjoy
