2 week break worries- no problem.

Thanks to lightweightkate , 1903 , & Hidden for their advice I took myself off for W8R1 very motivated to complete it after my two week break. For the first few minutes I really didn't think I would make it to five minutes - it was if it was week 1 all over again. Anyway, I stuck with it and when Laura said I'd got to halfway I just knew I could finish and finish the 28 minutes I did albeit very slowly. I now feel confident that I can get on and complete this. Roll on Monday for Run 2 getting nearer the shiny badge....

Well done for keeping going! "Very slowly" sounds about right. Graduation is just around the corner!
