Just joined the Fat Girls Guide to runnings Scream if you want to go faster
I'm sure I could have done it myself but like the challenge of have to sign in and update....
1st week due to having walked a marathon and a stinking cold on managed by base 5k run 33:15
So far this week again only 1 run as cold lingering but managed a run on the way home last week.
The next project will be 1/2 marathon training.... and plans or app suggestions would be great

Is that the Julie Creffield one? She's good she is! I did her 10k plan before I heard about Sami Murphy. She'll get you doing cross training!
