I started C25K back in May or June, and was loving it. I was really looking forward to my runs and was feeling generally really positive about getting fitter.
However I started to feel ill and came down with a chest infection that meant I wasn't running, so I stopped at around w5r1.
I picked it back up a few weeks ago and can now say I've made it back to w5r1 - only this time I'm finding it easier!
I'm so pleased I started again - if anyone else has stopped and feels like they'll never get back in to it, just do it! You've done it before and you might even find yourself running more easily this time around!
