I am not a bee, I don't need pollen quest, end... - Couch to 5K
I am not a bee, I don't need pollen quest, end of quest - New one starting Monday

Good quest for me this time. 5km is the longest run, but for the first time in ages I was having good runs and enjoying them.
Weight watchers is helping I am now 8lb down from the start and rather than getting down about constant increases I feel in control.
Both things have helped with my stress so all in all I feel in a better place this quest than the last so I'm really pleased.
Happy healthy weekend to you all.

I managed 3 runs every week the longest being 8K. I'm really chuffed I worked up to that again and so far no niggles 😊
I was rubbish at sticking to my other goals - I went to the gym once a week rather than twice and I think I did one pilates session.
But, I've done my glute exercises every night and they are making a difference when I run as I can feel them aching afterwards!
Thank you RFC for organising and for everyone else's motivating posts.
Here's to the next quest!

6.26k my longest run this Quest. I'd sort of forgotten I'd intended to push my distance - I keep a record of my goals elsewhere and had missed this one off. First rule of Quests - remember what your goals are!
Anyway, I achieved my other running goal which was to do an interval session. Took me two attempts. but I did it. So interesting to see that my heart works hard but I'm actually slower!
Swimming: achieved my aim of passing Masson Mills on my virtual River Derwent swim. Very pleased with that - my old cossie went rather sad all all of a sudden but my new one has a racer back and go faster stripes and of course that's a big help.
Bike: nope.
Walking: again I forgot that I'd had a goal to do a long walk and perhaps achieve 25,000 steps in a day. Turns out I outsourced that one to my husband (and my elder son has been running twice, by himself, and the other one came out with me on a run... he mostly walked and I ran and there wasn't much difference...)
Yoga: keep to my daily practice and complete a new programme. A bit wobbly on that one but near enough.
Weight: below 68kgs Oh so, so nearly... what's 301g among friends? Downward trajectory over time is clear.
Pleased.

Ups and downs this quests. Good runs, but not many of them. 2 weeks with over 100,000 steps though.
Well done everyone, onward and upward 👍
