Hope so they have a bit more life in them than the ones they are replacing so hopefully no impact injuries

Nice shoes. It's definitely a day for them! Hope they give you wings when you run. I still like the Clarks ad - act your shoe size 😀😀

Hi ya getting there slowly runners definitely helping learn't my lesson don't flog them to death as they get you in the end. How are you doing

Much better thanks. Lots of brisk (by my standards route marchs, probably not by yours...) walks and stepping on my rebounder. Going to try a run on Monday and then decided whether I need to revisit intervals to build up.

You could try using week 2 or week 3 as interval training as that gives you the opportunity to bail out if it starts hurting to much
