Ha! We're different people after C25k, aren't we?! I don't quite believe the seemingly crazy thoughts that pop into my own head sometimes! :)

Or get them really worried, go out for a cool night time run. Don't then do what I did - trip over in an alley and come home needing first aid LOL

I'll try not to! Although I did get carried away this morning and have to pull with calf strain!! That'll teach me to let Garmin dictate to me...
