After a bit of a disturb sleep wondering if it was doable I got up and did it this morning. I found R1 a bit tough but actually this felt better!...dare I say easier?? Guess a different day a different run. Still apprehensive about R3 gulp but feeling determined :-)

It'll be fine... everyone's apprehensive (I know I was), just go as slow as you need to and before you know it it'll be done.
