.... Not really but I can run for 30mins and almost doing 5K.

This morning I completely week 9 run 3, an amazing feeling to have completed the programme in 9 weeks. I started this journey on 28th April, the programme has been really fantastic.

My plan now is to keep doing 30mins 3 times a week for the month of July followed by holiday for 2 weeks. I will then start on the bridge to 10K.

That's brilliant 0505K - congratulations, and welcome to the graduates club :-). Thankfully, due to the brilliant #c25k plan it is the most UNexclusive club ever!

Have you thought about your graduation present/post-run plan?

My immediate plan for July is to run 30 mins 3x a week. I then have 2 weeks holiday. Once back in August I'll think about a plan to get to 10K. Realistically it will probably be 2x 30min runs during the week and a longer run on Sunday when I have more time.

Congratulations graduate!!!! Well done! You went from struggling with repetitions of a 1-minute run to going 30 minutes straight. How awesome!
