Nothing out of the ordinary...I think Irishprincess (seriously, how do I make it link?) is right about needing more core work. Hey ho!

It sounds as if you need to do more work on your core. Planks, Pilates, more planks.

I think you're right....

Ooh my sides have definitely toned up cos I think I'm swinging my arms about. Not hurting tho, maybe you are swinging too much (!) not sure how to phrase that you know what I mean!

Yep, mine have toned up - I think the muscles hurt today because I went faster (by which I mean faster than before, not fast!), and I probably do need to do more core exerecises too.

Actually not, but definitely exhiliarating none the less (I think was going a bit fast and had to pull my muscles in to keep me upright! But that was this morning and it's all good now. And I've definitely been in a good mood all day. Which is nice.)

It does. I'm ridiculously, stupidly in love with the whole process, even tho it's only week three, and can't wait to be able to run more than a few minutes. I'm sticking to the plan because of joint problems tho.

Thanks - I do pilates and yoga stretching quite regularly (that should be every day...) - think I need to incorporate a few different exercises tho.
