Another run another 5K
confident when I set out that I would run faster today and get close to the magic 5K in 30 minutes...
Yet another 5k (and a PB as well)
It was pretty cold and windy, but I was nice and toasty once we got going. I knocked 2-3 minutes...

started the 5 minute warm up and got blinded by the sun more or less straight away 5 minutes up...
W9R2 - and another 5K in the bag. One run to go!!!!
