Just completed this run expecting it to be fine after the 20mins on Saturday. But no I found it strangely hard.  Just got to keep thinking how far I've come - I will do thus before the big 50!

I get peaks and troughs in how difficult it feels too. I guess it might depend on whether our bellies are full or empty, how hydrated we are, how well we slept. Can see you've got the right mindset though. Keep going...

 After the elation of W5R3, week 6 catches a lot of people out.

this is a notoriously hard run, I think after the 20 minute run we think we are getting a break but then get a shock as it is not as easy as we expected, however the next one is usually better and I felt exactly the same so keep that in mind!
