Well this morning was my first run of the season in short sleeves - how fabulous! I won't put away the long sleeves or jacket yet but hurrah it's warm!

I've had a few short sleeved runs this season already and today was another one but I did start with my jacket on this morning!

Long may the good weather continue (but not too good - we don't want to be overheating as we run do we??? Lol)

This made me smile. This morning I sent my husband a picture of me pre-run with the text "The shorts are out!!!" so I feel your excitement too

Haha, me too yesterday. I never ever show arms but wore a long baggy vest top. I love hiding my bits under a jacket but the heat was too much. Still had jacket round my wobbly tummy ( needed pockets & coverance) but arms & unsightly cleavage were out in the sun. Felt lovely lol
