Does anybody get times when their soles feel like they're on fire when they're running? What's that about?! Often not both of them, and often not all the time during the same run. I'm not doing anything differently... Laces aren't too tight, I don't think. Do people wear cooler socks in the summer?
I'd like to think that "I'm on fire baby" with my running, but even I can't delude myself that much!

I alternate between "Karrimor Marathon 1 socks" which are ventilated and "Karrimor Duo 1" socks which are breathable and ventilated. For them from Sports Direct.
I never have an issue with burning soles so I recommend those
I found this out after a run on which my left show was on so tight I could barely flex my ankle leading me to plonk it down with a jolt with every stride! It was a sore run that day. I now use the 5 minute walk to ensure my shoes are both at the correct looseness.
I get hot heels, which I think is associated with plantar fasciitis. I ice them fairly frequently, take ibuprofen and stretch the plantar and my calf muscles out.
