I'm on week 9. It's taken me 12 weeks mainly due to not being able to get out every 2 days but I'm just about finished and never for one minute thought I'd do it. Lost over a stone in weight and have also done the same ... To get healthier for all my family- good luck you'll do it!!

Well done Darren, I too am in the same boat. Finally decided that blaming too hot a wash was causing my jeans to shrink was starting to sound a little tired!!!! So started Slimming World 4 weeks ago and started the C25K programme on Monday night. Really enjoying it, even looked forward to last nights run, something I never though I'd hear myself saying! And there is tons of support here (thanks everybody) too.

Thumbs up from me for Slimming World :-) Not just  a diet but a really good healthy eating plan for life.

I have lost 1.1./2 stone since end of January , its brilliant ! :-)

Keep at it bassman ! :-) xxx

That's a fantastic weight loss, well done poppypug. Impressed with the fact that it doesn't feel like a diet, it's more a healthy eating option and you don't feel hungry all the time either, not constantly looking at your watch for the next meal time!!

Hi I'm a newbie too and am glad I'm not the only one.  I did my W1R1 yesterday, I thought I was going to die. I am ran on a country road on private property behind a gate. All I could think of was I am going to have a heartattack n die. And no one will find me for a week. I did my W1R2 today on a different country road that way at least they will find a body. One step at a time!
