Ok it wasn't pretty, fast or easy but I got it done. I have been out for more than 4 weeks wth a bad cold. I have MS so I have to be pretty careful. Went out today, got my 25 mins non stop in. Not gazelle like but I got there. It would have been so easy to take another day but I didn't! 2 weeks to completion!

Ooh very well done! So did you manage your 25 minutes after having a break with your cold for all those weeks? Or did you rerun a week back?

No kept going, 25 mins straight up but it wasn't pretty but I got there! I was never more relieved to hear the half way through notice. Sometimes it feels a really long time! Before the cold I was week 7 run 2 so just went to week 7, run 3.
