I will. Is it ok if I'm going to go seriously slowly? The chat is about it being flat and fast! I did myself awful damage running on cobbles years ago.

You work out what time you think you can run a mile in and write it on the application form and they send you off in the wave of runners appropriate to your time..

I'm doing the Westminster Mile on Sunday 29 May. Did it last year when it was celebrating. Steve Crams record. All meet in Green Park, run down The Mall, round Horseguards Parade and finish in front of Buckingham Palace! The weather was brilliant and the medal was my best bit of bling and it's sponsored by BUPA so there were all kinds of healthy stuff in the park and live music, can't wait, even got my son to join me this year

Hehe you are leading me into bad habits, I've joined. Was not supposed to be entering anything else after my HM in May and Summer is our busiest time work wise but I'm sure no one will miss me (I hope) 😃.
