Survived the hook handed sea dog!!

Anyone seen John Carpenter's 'The Fog'? Well I felt like I was running in Antonio Bay today! Visibility was zero. It was very eerie!

On the plus I ran 8.8km in 43mins, my longest run so far.....probably to escape becoming a bloody corpse...and it worked, I survived!!

If u haven't seen the film then I'm probably coming across as a little odd!!

Oh yes, I have seen the film...very creepy...and would definately keep me moving too! Well done on your long run too, it's great when you feel your body getting stronger isn't it?
