Over and under the old railway bridge, about halfway through my run this morning! Prior to this I had tackled a very muddy trail around the edge of fields and having decided to 'explore' a little further afield today, stumbled across and up a rather steep path before the descent on to this bridge! Once back on the old railway line I had a more relaxing run! Returned home with tired legs and rather muddy, but having completed a rather tougher 7k than planned so all good!!

Oh what a lovely run!
I love discovering a new route! Something to do again sometime and it keeps the runs challenging and interesting. I am a bit fed up with slippery mud so trying to find firm footing. Have a great gravel track I can do through the woods but doing a town run today as I need to go early and save time
