Family Run

Just completed our first family run

As you know have been running with my hubby for a while now but our son has joined us tonight

Ryan is 17 and has put a bit of weight on over the last few months(Young and in love and lots of time staying at girlfriends house)

He is doing a sports diploma so fairly fit but realised he need to do something more than training at college so decided running would help loose the pounds.

Think he was impressed how well I ran.

Signed him up for 10k with me in January
