Week 9, run 1 - did 48 minutes of which I walked 5, ran 38 and walked 5. Amazed to be honest. That was 5 k, which encourages me to be able to run 5k at the end of week 9. This program is really amazing. I saw someone bought a new Garmin watch. Mine arrived last week and love it. Great tool.
Two more runs until graduation! Really pumped.

I ran 5 K twice in week 7 and regretted it because it made me very achy and tired. I decided to get back on the plan and it worked for me. Just 2 more 30 minute runs and you graduate, so pace urself, don't want injury to trip u up. Julie
Fantastic Swiss, you're nearly there, two more runs and you will be a graduate! Enjoy
