Whoop week 9 run 1 in the bag . After quite an indulgent weekend away with friends I was not looking forward to today's run , 30 mins non stop! But after a serious talk to my self I got out there and ran non stop for 30 mins - such a great feeling afterwards. 2 runs till graduation 🏃🏼🏃🏼🏃🏼🏃🏼
