Niggles and Grrrrrs

Race for Life last Sunday, run cut short by 2 minutes on Tuesday (bursting for loo!!), then just a mile done 'fast' yesterday to see what my flat out time is...

Yesterday evening and today - pain in right hip and shin splinty niggle in left leg. Hurting a bit even when walking at some points.

Grumpy Arrietty booking herself a few days rest and slapping her own wrists for overdoing things :o(
