Race for life -5k done 🏃🏼🏃🏼💖

Amazing experience did race for life 5k in 40 mins ( 7kph) I'm slow but that's an improvement . I'm still only in week 8 of the couch to 5 k plan so I'm pretty chuffed I got round without stopping and raised £210 ! Back to Laura and week 8 - here's to graduating soon !!

I did bournemouth just because i thought it would be nice to run on the seafront..... i dont actually live there lol!! It was amazing well done on ur fabby result!!

I have a friend who has a flat in boscombe by the front - so have watched it a few times run between Bournemouth and boscombe pier ! Well done
