Now back on the couch with wine...after managing to move on to week 2! I really never thought I'd be doing this - I'm so pleased that after wk 1 day 1 the next two runs definitely got easier. Today felt much harder, but I'm hoping that wk 2 day 2 will feel easier and I won't be staggering from one lamppost to the next....

You will find it easy. When you start the longer runs, you will think it is hard but you will be so surprised you can do it. It is an amazing program.
