Couch to 5K

Finished week 6!

Thank you for the motivation from everyone yesterday, it was very helpful to have in my mind while running!

Completed week 6 this morning, 25 mins constant running! Found it tough but kept plodding along, felt slow but covered 4k so not all too bad I guess (although did get overtaken by a speed walker).

Hoping to improve speed a little next week, and will hopefully be able to go faster for that last minute like Laura says!

25 minutes, hey. You must be so pleased! Not long now and you'll be at the magic 30, then the runming world is your oyster!
