I really love this one
(And I've still not been for a jog. Bit of a walk through the fields to see the sun, but my legs are still on the sore side! May have pushed a bit too hard...)

I was reading this evening that SCot Jurek is having a go at the record for the Appalachian speed trail record. It's 2,160 miles and the record is held by a woman, Jennifer Pharr-Davis. He set off on 27 May I think and is posting his progress online. I read his book recently. Some good recipe ideas in it ☺
Rest up TF. A bit of walking is a really good idea though. I am not back to running yet but have been walking the dogs instead. My next race seems doomed😕
I love it... Well done on the HM in Wales - I knew you could do it But I think you've earned a rest for a few days - those hills looked mighty steep. You are a star - it's official.
