Hi everyone, just a quick hello to all you lovely runners and runners-to-be. I started this journey six weeks ago. Like many of you, I'd never thought I'd be able to run more than one minute at a time, but this program is proving me very wrong. Today my running buddy and I completed W6R3; still find it hard to believe we actually managed to do a 25 minutes non stop run. Ok, so perhaps it was more a gentle jog than a run, but we were moving steadily nonetheless ;-). For me the program's strength lies in very gradually building up our stamina. And aren't the podcasts great - it takes all the thinking out of it. I'm also v fortunate to have a wonderful running partner (hello hopefull-runner!)- we do two of the three weekly runs together. Having someone to share the journey with, and encourage you along the way, is a great motivator and makes it fun as well. Tomorrow is our day's rest, but can't wait for Thursday when we will start W7. Good luck to everyone, no matter where you are at the C25K journey.

Thanks everyone. This forum makes me feel like we all have many running partners ;-). It's so wonderful to hear other people's stories and read about their progress. And thanks to the Graduates for setting the example and keeping everyone going.
