Just back from a run in the new Asics gel pulse shoes - like bouncing along on marshmallows ! Very impressed ! Time to get back to parkrun and try for a new PB !

Awesome super pink shoes / now need to find out who the person wearing them are...! Go for it running like marshmallows on a park run. I have yet to do one...!

I love marshmallows, specially at night, on a stick while browning then on a fire somewhere camping in the bush. Mmmmmm. Beautiful.

Asics joggers are the best as far as I am concerned. And pink ones have an inbuilt flying ability. Go girly!
