Start week 3 on monday. Doing it with a friend so we are using a stopwatch as we are motivating each other. And in all honesty havnt yet got to grips with new phone tevhno phobe!!! Am i right in thinking we run 90 walk 90 run 3 mins walk 3 mins then repeat ? Thankyou
