Great run/walk this morning. Felt so much fresher and my legs felt lighter and full of running. Just mapped my distance and 4.02km completed. That's not bad when you're only running for 9 of the 30 minute workout! Looking forward to stepping it up on Saturday with Week 3

I completed the same one last night. But I am dreading the 3 mins of running in week 3! I can't believe how much progress I've made though. My knees do hurt afterwards though
