I can't believe ive done it but i have!! Woooooohoooooo, against all odds tonight as i dont run very well sfter work, much prefer morning runs, the wind up on the prom kept blowing my ear phones out my ears😕 and i thought i could possibly be dead at one point 😧 but i did it and i feel fantastic. Thank you for all the support on here, it helps so much to know thst there are people going through exactly the same experiences, ups and downs and all the sdvice given is priceless, now to go get that shiny badge ive been longing for 😃

Thanks! Im entered in the race 4 life 5k in june with my sister and then i plan to train for a 10k...onwards and upwards as they say!! 😀

Thank you...couch 2 5k really really works...im living proof, up until last november i was smoking 20+ cigs a day and so unfit! I hsd a really bad chest infection and was so poorly it frightened me. i know its a cliche but if i can do it with how bad my chest was anyone can 😊
