I thought that the new C25kers might like to read the most recent parkrun newsletter. This pops into my email box every week but this week they actually mentioned Couch to 5k.

You will hear mention "parkrun" in the discussion forum - this might give you a little more insight.

I have only done three parkruns myself because I volunteer at WeightWatchers on a Saturday - but they have all been good fun.
