Limber Laminate

So, we've moved in!!!!!!!!! So happy as everything went smoothly and the weather stayed dry. It's been less than a week but it feels like home already - despite the mountain of boxes and suitcases.

However there is a small fly in the ointment - the conservatory has awful laminate flooring that makes a lot of noise when walked on. I'm seriously worried that I'll be making a terrible racket when I'm up and running on the treadmill. So I have 3 options - hope the neighbours don't mind the noise, rip up and replace the flooring or get rid of the beloved treadmill (and get a rowing machine instead).

I think I'll have to try it first and see how bad it is but I'm not very hopeful :(

Can't wait to start my new fitness / healthy eating plan in Feb!

Maybe get a piece of thick carpet or rubber flooring to put under the 'dread'mill and see how that goes ?

Or a garden shed - cheaper than replacing the floor!

laminate is the floor covering of the Devil and a blight on the nation's housing stock. Be rid of it. Also, if it is making that much noise when walked on, something is not right with the way it is laid. Thre is only one anwer:
