Couldn't agree more, great video!

Having said that, if you're used to a heel strike don't suddenly swap as (as with all things) you need to get your body used to a new way of running.

When I started I definitely had a heel strike, and I suffered really bad knee issues. I noticed when I was out this morning that I seem to have mutated into a midfoot striker. It think it is because I've been running to the metronome, increasing bpm gradually over time, and am now doing smaller strides but running faster. I keep my bpm the same, and just take longer strides if I'm trying to go faster (and I only really push it if I've got about a k to go and I'm feeling spritely, so not often!). And no knee problems these days!
